New York City is a broil about Stop and Strip
i will admit that X voted for Bloomberg 3 times
but the numbers are startling when you consider the nationwide figures
using a national crime reduction slope to pursue a racist policing policy

what does this say to potential white criminals and perpetrators of white collar crimes
. It says go on and commit those crimes here in NYC..
Come to NYC white criminals ..

The local police have no interest in catching those crimes before they happen
or prosecuting those crimes

How many native born Black and and Latino strait men work between 64 street and 46 St and 1 rst and 10th avenues?..
now you understand why there is no poor white neighbor hood in NYC despite the superficial niceties, employment opportunities are still very tribal here

Many of these men qualify for these positions on paper, many have HS Diplomas,
which is still a primary benchmark to work in most major Manhattan corp. offices.
So why aren't those opportunities extended to Black and Latino men?
.. Are they a threat ? or simply socially networked out of those opportunities?
What percentage of job opportunities are available to these native born New Yorkers?
their job is to be suspected and criminalized

apply it to white criminals and white collar crimes
what about the car bomber ? why wasn't he stopped ?
was he up to something in the middle of midtown? what would have happened to all those corporate offices? what was the competence of was Kelly's protection then ?
imagine this policy in reverse;
a black major
and a black police chief
only targeting white criminals for pre-emtive suspicion
pre-emtive arrest
I'm of the mind that women seniors and LGBT community should be allowed/encouraged to secure legal arms and protect themselves from violent hate crimes
much like foreign private contractors and store owners who are extended such benefits
Good people are being deprived the opportunity to get these weapons
and bad people are always finding ways to get these weapons
balance is disrupted
they are used cavalierly
I imagine Under Cover Officers impersonating inebriated women , vulnerable seniors or flamboyant gays in am effort to lure/catch violent criminals one might pretend to leave their possessions/homes /unattended et ..
I've never heard of sting operations such as these in practice
outside of fiction..these logical stings could be applied to to other common situation that incite violence.. I'm sure theres a breath of police data and information forthcoming and I anticipate the data
